Painting is central to my artistic practice, combining portraiture, symbolism and narrative imagery across acrylic, oil and watercolor. Drawing from cultural history, spirituality, music and personal experience, these works explore the human figure and the stories, identities and ideas that connect people across time and tradition.

The composition incorporates symbols of family lineage, Kentucky heritage, and the client’s Tibetan Buddhist practice, bringing personal and spiritual histories into a single narrative. Goldenrod and the rural Kentucky landscape root the work in the family’s place of origin.
